Order/Shipping

Options for ordering/payment:

Click on the "Add to Cart" button when you are ready to check out, just simply follow the directions to complete the process. I accept most major credit cards, money order or personal check. I will receive notification that you have paid and send you an email confirmation advising your date of shipping.
Fill out the "Contact Us"page and advise item to order or customize.

I request a 50% deposit on custom orders due to the fact that I have to order in specific items such as Lampwork, etc. This is only to secure your order and cover any expenses I may incur to obtain any materials necessary to complete your order. Once we communicate and get your order processed, I will customize it to your specifications. I will then email you a picture for your approval or necessary changes. When it is approved by you, I will then send you a "Request For Payment" from Paypal or what other means of payment you will be sending. I will then advise you of the shipping information. See below for further instructions.

I will also accept money orders or personal checks. Personal checks will have to clear the bank before item will be shipped unless you are an established customer.
If you need to mail your check or money order, contact me for mailing instructions.

Shipping and Handling Charges:

USPS Priority shipping is $4.60 + $1.30 "optional" insurance up to $50.00. For additional insurance above $50.00 add $1.30 for each additional $50.00.
USPS First Class shipping is $2.50 + $1.30 optional insurance up to $50.00. Variables may apply based on the weight of the package.
Overnight Shipping is available and is based on the weight of the item. Prices vary, email me for quote.
(International shipping will be quoted when order received) Normally $16.00 - $20.00 Global Priority. The rates vary so please email me for quote with shipping info.

I take special care when shipping my items to you. I wrap each item carefully and then put it in a gift box ready for you to give. If any special arrangements need to be made, please let me know. If the item is a gift, I will be glad to ship directly to them. I will combine shipping. I will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. DON'T FORGET....gift wrapping is free all year round!! Please just specify that you would like it when checking out.
